Let's face it. All offset printers promise great quality, some promise to be the cheapest around, some promise fastest delivery. Some deliver these promises and some fail miserably. There is a great choice of print shops out there and prices can vary, quality can vary but basically most can supply the job you need.
The difference is the human factor.
How do you feel about dealing with that company. Did they make you feel welcome. Did they make you feel as though your job counts or were you treated like a small annoyance when they have larger more important customers out there vying for their attention. At North Coast Print Solutions we treat all of our customers as important customers. We listen to your needs and will advise on the best way to achieve your end result. We are honest. If we dont think that we are the right people for your job then we will tell you that and advise you on where to go to get the help you need.
The difference is the environmental factor.
At North Coast Print Solutions we have been printing enviro for many years. We have been using soy/veg inks and are slowly changing all of our spot colour inks to soy when they come up for reorder. Please read our enviro page for more information. We prefer to use recycled stocks and have a great standard range of recycled stock to choose from without paying through the nose for them.
So dont come to us because you think you will get a really cheap job (we are not expensive but neither are we "cheap"). Dont come to us because you think we might have the greatest, biggest press around - we don't. We are an average print shop who delivers when promised and makes you feel that your job was just as important to us as it is to you, and, we will produce that job as environmentally conscious as possible.
One comment that is made to use very often is that we made the whole process of printing so easy for the customer. They would come to us very stressed and worried about having to print a job and leave wondering what they were worried about. |
